Estate-grown and hand-crafted, our Italian clone of Cabernet Sauvignon has been aged for 60 months in French Oak, expresses notes of dark cherry, anise, and baking chocolate that give way to balanced tannin, pairing wonderfully with grillled meats and roasted vegetables.

We've taken this varietal - made famous by the northeastern part of Italy - and put a playful Californian spin on it. Our grapes have been carefully sourced from Monterey, Ca and then fermented in 100% stainless steel. The result is a crisp and refreshing wine with notes of pear and honeysuckle. Silky citrus flavors give way to a balanced minerality and acidity that pairs wonderfully with fish, poultry, goat cheese, or a walnut salad.
