This hand-crafted, estate grown Sangiovese blend, Aged for 60 months in French. Oak showcases notes of white pepper, tart cherry, and complex tannins that pairs beautifully with grilled meats and tomato sauces.

We've taken only the finest grapes from our vineyard to create this Italian blend and aged it for 22 months in select French Oak.The result is an elegant combination of dark cherry and plum, balanced with the structure of complex tannin and spice that pairs beautifully with grilled meats tomato sauces. 

We've taken this varietal - made famous by the northeastern part of Italy - and put a playful Californian spin on it. Our grapes have been carefully sourced from Monterey, Ca and then fermented in 100% stainless steel. The result is a crisp and refreshing wine with notes of pear and honeysuckle. Silky citrus flavors give way to a balanced minerality and acidity that pairs wonderfully with fish, poultry, goat cheese, or a walnut salad.
