This estate-grown Nebbiolo-based blend was aged for 36 months in French Oak. It showcases notes of brown sugar, old world terracotta and dried rose. Complex tannins and a long finish make this the perfect wine to pair with pork, dark fowl and aged cheeses.

55% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Primitivo

In Italian, 'lavoro' means 'hard work' and that's just what it's taken to produce this hand-crafted, estate-grown Super Tuscan blend. Aged for 29 months in carefully selected French oak barrels, this wine is soft and round on the palate with ripe, wild berry fruits and mineral undertones. A coating of fine tannins gives way to a long, complex finish.

Estate-grown and hand crafted, this rosé is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes and fermented in 100%. stainless steel. Only freerun juice went into this very limited 34-case run, which produced tropical flavors of passionfruit and guava. Silky textures lead to a crisp, refreshing finish. Perfect for those warm summer days.

45% VIOGNER, 30% SAUVIGNON BLANC, 15% VERMENTINO, 10% CHARDONNAY

Our reserve white blend, Bianca, is a unique blend of four varietals. This is the debut of our estate Vermentino, planted in 2020, that brings an incredible depth, color and complexity to this elegant wine. Floral notes of citrus lift from the glass with undertones of melon and petrichor. A full-bodied, silky and round texture carries hints of peach preserves and Nilla Wafer that gives way to a bright acidity with pink grapefruit at the finish. An excellent summer standalone, but will ehance meals with grilled and roasted pork, chicken and fish.

76% Primitivo, 24% Nebbiolo

Estate-grown and hand crafted, our 2023 Rosé is was fermented in 100% stainless steel. Only freerun Nebbiolo juice and a select harvest of our Primitivo went into this limited-case run. Tropical flavors of passionfruit and stonefruit lead to silky textures and a crisp, refreshing finish. Perfect for those warm summer days.
