This estate-grown Nebbiolo-based blend was aged for 36 months in French Oak. It showcases notes of brown sugar, old world terracotta and dried rose. Complex tannins and a long finish make this the perfect wine to pair with pork, dark fowl and aged cheeses.

We've taken this varietal - made famous by the northeastern part of Italy - and put a playful Californian spin on it. Our grapes have been carefully sourced from Monterey and then fermented in 100% stainless steel. The result is a crisp and refreshing wine with notes of peach and honeysuckle. Silky stone fruit gives way to a balanced minerality and acidity that pairs wonderfully with fish, poultry, goat cheese, or a walnut salad.

Estate-grown and hand crafted, our 2023 Rosé is was fermented in 100% stainless steel. Only freerun Nebbiolo juice and a select harvest of our Primitivo went into this limited-case run.
